This was the first comic cover I did. Kinda plain…

Interpitive self-portrait.
The bass is (obviously) a reflection of my musicallity.
The tree represents family. Notice the unique bend representing the weight I feel in trying to support us.
And the mouse represents my going to school and changing careers.
Pardon the mounting job….Stupid gluestick.
The coolest show I’ve ever seen is coming back to Indianapolis in ‘09!
STOMP! Simply incredible to see live. If you live close enough to drive to Indy, DO NOT MISS THIS SHOW! It may very well change your life.
OK Maybe not. But, you won’t be disappointed.
The above is a link to my friend, Jeff’s blog. Today he posted a fun little ditty about the items he would bring with him if he were to be stranded on a dessert isle.
“Suppose you will be stranded on a desert island in the middle of the ocean for ten years. You will be allowed to bring one each of the following: book, movie, CD, food item, drink item, piece of clothing, and one miscellaneous item. List one item you would bring in each category, and explain why you chose it.”
My answers:
Book: Hmm, that’s a tough one. I would want something nice and thick that had great rereading potential. Maybe the Lord of the Rings collection.
Movie: Um, well this is a deserted island so, this seems kinda pointless. But, I would bring some random DVD to use as a signal devise. I know thats a cop out. But, hey, it’s my blog!
CD: See above.
Food Item: I liked Jeff’s answer about the oranges. I can only assume that my diet would be mainly fish, so the risk of a goiter is reduced there. Hmm… Salt. Salt is my answer.
Clothing: Going with the assumption that I was wearing clothes already I would bring a poncho. There’s like a bazillion things a good poncho could be used for.
Misc. Item: An ax. For obvious reasons.
